I was kind of impatient waiting for it and figured it might take a while, but then it arrived fast. I went from checking the tracking way too often to being pleasantly surprised when it showed up so soon.

Ordering was straightforward, so I’ll give them that, but I’m kind of blaming myself for expecting a bigger difference. After using it, a few of the same spots still looked basically unchanged, which was disappointing. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not good enough for me to want to buy it again.

I’ve used the Uproot Clean tool a handful of times now, mostly on rugs, and overall it feels surprisingly sturdy. Like, when you pick it up, it doesn’t have that flimsy lightweight plastic feel that makes you wonder if it’s going to crack after a few uses. The handle feels solid in my hand, the edges look nicely put together, and nothing has started loosening or feeling weird so far.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that the plastic part could be a little smoother, just because you can kind of notice it when you’re using it up close. It also felt a bit stiff at first, although that may loosen up with more use. None of that is a huge deal, and it still seems like something that’s built to last, but those were the small things I noticed

I tried uprootclean.com mostly because my old cleaner was always terrible around the edges, i was already kind of expecting this one to do better there. For the most part, it did. It handled corners and along the baseboards way better than what I was used to, which pretty much confirmed that I made the right switch. I did have to go back over one tight spot, so it’s not absolutely perfect, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it

Support did eventually answer, so I’ll give them that, but I had to follow up twice before anything really happened. I wasn’t in a huge rush at first since I was just checking it during my lunch break and then again later after making dinner, but after a while it started to feel like I was the one keeping the conversation moving

My order was mostly right, but one of the cleaners came in the wrong scent and a small refill was missing. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I had to email them and then wait around without really knowing what was going on, which was a bit annoying. I’d probably order again, but I really hope they double-check things better and communicate more clearly next time

I’ve used it on both tile and wood floors and, i haven’t had any issues so far. It’s been easy to use and, yeah, it does what I needed it to do.

I was tired of wasting my weekends on this stuff and just wanted it handled already. This did the job without dragging things out, and getting my weekend back was totally worth it.

Still, the value is solid, and I’d probably use them again.

I did get my refund back, so everything worked out in the end. It just took a few days longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating since I try to keep a close eye on my spending. Overall, not a huge issue, but I would’ve appreciated a quicker turnaround.

I had Uproot Clean come out to clean my sofa and two chairs. The guy was polite and showed up close to the scheduled time, so no complaints there. I’ve used them before and remember the service feeling a little more detailed, but this time it seemed kind of rushed. Most of the stains did come out, which I appreciated, but one of the arms still looks a bit dull. The price was fair overall, just not quite the same quality I was expecting based on past experiences.

I tried this on my fabric sofa and a couple of chair cushions, and it was totally fine. I was a little worried it might make the fabric feel rough or leave weird spots, but it dried nicely with no fading or stiffness. Simple to use, and I’d use it again.

I bought this hoping it would make cleaning dog hair off the couch and carpet easier, but it barely picked anything up. I kept going over the same spots again and again and still had hair left behind. My old lint roller actually worked better, which is kind of disappointing... just wasn’t worth it for me

I’m happy with it. It looks nice, feels sturdy, and does what it’s supposed to do without any fuss. I feel like simple designs like this always end up being the most reliable anyway.

I use it every week and it still works well. As long as you take care of it and don’t just toss it around, any wear or issues seem preventable.
